Answers to common questions about our cooperation

Based on Motioncube, you can create your own solution and promote it under your own brand. You do not need to communicate that you are using LavaVision solutions or Motioncube software. On the other hand, you should not describe the entire integrated solution as "Motioncube" or claim authorship of the system and applications. In Motioncube you can configure your own branding elements. Some Motioncube labels will, however, remain visible – for example, a user who wants to download additional applications will be asked to create an account on the Motioncube platform and sign in on their device.

In Motioncube you can set your own start screen (splash) and add your own graphic overlay to the applications. You can also define your own Playlist, i.e. the order in which applications will be launched.

No, an internet connection is only needed in specific situations. It is required to prepare the device and install applications on it. Once you hand the device over to the client, a permanent connection is no longer necessary. It will only be needed if the end user wants to expand the application library – in that case, the installation is carried out from the motioncube.io servers.

At the beginning of our cooperation, we settle on a prepaid basis: you order applications, make the payment, and we make them available for installation. Once our cooperation is established, we can switch to monthly settlements. In this model, you generate application licences yourself and send us a summary by the 20th of the following month. We have access to your Motioncube account, which makes settlement easier.

Application costs are the only costs between you and LavaVision (creator and operator of the Motioncube platform). We do not apply any additional or hidden fees. Technical support is free of charge.

Support is provided by LavaVision, the company behind Motioncube. We are a stable company with over 14 years of experience. Our software has been running reliably for many years on a wide range of interactive devices, and we support you at every stage of your deployment.
